What is Plan Management?

Plan management is the administrative financial oversight of NDIS Participants funding and supports.

A Plan Manager acts as a financial intermediary, ensuring that allocated funds are utilised effectively, appropriately and in line with individual's goals and needs.

Specifically, the role of an NDIS Plan Manager includes:

Budget Tracking

Monitoring and tracking funding to ensure funds are utilised and that over spend or under spend is captured.

Invoice Management

Receiving and reviewing invoices from service providers, verifying their accuracy and compliance with NDIS guidelines

Payment Processing

Handling payments, invoices and managing financial transactions on behalf of participants. This includes coordinating payments to service providers and ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Reporting to you

Providing regular financial statements and reports to participants, detailing the expenditure and remaining balance of their NDIS funds.
